The trust layer for eldercare
CareLens turns government licensing and inspection data into verified, inspection-first directories that families can actually trust — and that facilities can’t buy their way to the top of.
What makes it different
Most directories are advertising with a search box. CareLens is built on the opposite premise: the data is the product, and the data has to be true.
01
Every regulatory field comes from a real source row with provenance. When a fact can’t be verified, we say “Not verified” — we never invent an “Active / 0 / Verified.”
02
Order is computed only from verified signals — federal ratings, inspections, sanctions. Sponsorship is a separate, labeled block. Money never moves a facility up the list.
03
We never store or forward a family’s contact details without explicit consent — and public-record findings can be corrected for accuracy, but never erased.
How it works
CareLens ingests state agency and federal datasets into a single system of record, resolves them with gated, confidence-scored matching, then publishes read-only consumer sites on top.
State licensing & inspection agencies (e.g. Florida AHCA) and federal CMS Care Compare — pulled directly, never scraped from brochures.
One database of providers, ratings, deficiencies, and sanctions — with provenance on every fact and gated matching on every link.
Fast, static, inspection-first directories per region — each showing what we verified and what we couldn’t.
The network
Coverage expands as each region’s data is evaluated and verified. FloridaElder is live; more states are in data onboarding.
For facilities
Your facility may already be listed from the public record. Operators can claim their profile to confirm details, add hours and services, and respond to families — without ever altering the inspection record. Tell us where to reach you.
